US Domestic Shipping

US shipping is available and should be automatically calculated at the time of checkout in addition to domestic taxes.

Processing Time

Processing time is 1 - 3 weeks unless otherwise listed on a product page. Customization can take longer depending on the complexity of it.

International Shipping

Is not currently available at this time, but if you message me on a case by case basis I might be able to work with you.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that haven’t been customized or used. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original and unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
